There are thousands of recipes available on YouTube in different languages and from different cultures and cuisines using millets. Below are a few categories of millet recipes to help in your search. Click one that looks interesting to you for more information, including videos showing how to make very delicious dishes using millets. Some dishes made in these videos have traditionally always included rice and wheat; however, you can experiment with making these dishes without including the negative grains, just like Sam, who has cooked Indian dishes without any use of rice or wheat and has been amazed by the results! These are just a few millet recipes and cooking techniques, but there are many more yet to be discovered and created!
